We use NZ Couriers to ship throughout NZ. We endeavour to process all orders promptly after they have been placed, however all estimated timeframes are from when your order is confirmed and processed by us. We are not responsible for delivery or delays once your item has been collected by the courier.
Despatch Timeframe: Please note orders will be processed and despatched during our weekday business hours, Wednesday-Friday. If an order is placed outside of this time, or on a public holiday, it will be processed and despatched on our next business day.
Delivery Instructions: It is important that you supply us with your correct postal details. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to process, fulfil, or deliver goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

New Zealand Complimentary shipping on orders over $400 Delivery fee: $10 nationwide on orders under $400
Australia Delivery Fee: $35 nzd
Customs Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country of consignment. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”.
