All prices are shown and processed in NZ dollars and include gst.
Payment
You can pay for your goods by any of the methods specified on the website. When paying by credit card, you authorise us to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your order. Wallace Rose gift vouchers cannot be used as a form of payment online. We take every precaution to ensure our website is as safe as possible and we do not retain payment details.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel it. Please choose carefully when ordering.
Product Representation
Sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing. We try to ensure that colours displayed on our website are accurate, but cannot guarantee that these are matched by your screen.
Stock Availability
Sometimes products on our site may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil your order. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
Shipping
Please ensure you provide correct and full delivery information. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to process, fulfil, or deliver goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided. Please refer to our Shipping page for further information.
International Deliveries
We advise all international customers to seek their own information on local import charges and procedures. As these are set by the receiving country and out of our control, it is the purchaser’s responsibility for any import fees, duties or delays incurred.
Returns and Exchanges
A refund, credit or exchange will be issued if notification is made within 48 hours of delivery. Please direct all correspondence to shop@wallacerose.co.nzItems must be returned within 7 days. A credit or refund will be given on return of the item, less shipping costs. Garments must be in unworn, unlaundered, perfect, saleable condition with original tags still attached for this to apply. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser, and we will not accept items without a tracking number nor take responsibility for items lost in the post. For peace of mind, we suggest you return with a traceable insured courier or post.

Sale Items:
We do not offer refunds on any SALE items. Under special circumstances we may offer an exchange or store credit. Please choose carefully.
Faulty Garments
We will replace any faulty product as per The Consumer Guarentee Act. Please advise us within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent to you on return of the faulty item. Should a replacement not be available, we will provide a credit or refund for the item. For items that have been worn or laundered, credits or refunds are not issued, unless the fault cannot be remedied by us. If the fault is with us, we will repair and return, or provide a replacement should one be available.Items that are damaged as the result of wear and tear, or incorrect laundering are not deemed to be faulty. Please follow our aftercare instructions carefully. For dry clean only garments, please choose a trusted and respected dry cleaner.

Personal information you provide when ordering goods will not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for processing payments and delivery of goods.
